ITS YOUR SURGERY!

We believe that this is your surgery and that we all should be involved in the smooth running of the practice. As patients you can help us by making sure you respect the appointment times as we only have 10 minutes per patient per consultation. Please avoid being late or missing the appointment as someone else in urgent need of doctor's time might need to see the doctor.

Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late of your appointment time, you appointment with the doctor will be cancelled and you will need to rebook for another time. Also please note that only the person who has the appointment will be seen by the doctor. So please do not ask the doctor to see or give advice about your relative's sore throat or medication just because they happen to accompany you into the doctor's room!

 RECEPTION

This is the sitting area where you wait while your number is called up on the big screen in front of you. Why not look at the important health related leaflets placed in the waiting room.r 

 PARKING

We have ample parking at the back of the surgery with designated parking for disabled. The building provides good access to wheelchair users both at the front as well as the rear of the building.

    EXTENDED HOURS

From the 23rd June, 2008, Dr.Iqbal and Partners offer pre-bookable appointments (appointments which can be booked in advance) for 6:30 pm till 8:00 pm session on every Monday evening. This is to facilitate more choice of appointments to our patients. Hence the surgery will remain open till 8:00 pm on Monday evenings.
